Burn Time: What we currently know as flight time burn out time: burn out time is the time beyond the burn time of a missile where it still has fuel but is slowly burning out, this burn out reduces damage from 100% gradually to 25% of normal damage at the end at which point the missile dies out. Burn out time is also affected by Missile Bombardment just like burn time/flight time. Burn out time would mimic falloff from turrets that way making it possible for missile to have a range where they do less damage but still hit instead of just dissapearing 100m further from the point where they would've done full damage.
